  If the HPS high-pressure switch has triggered, it could be due to several reasons: * The ambient temperature might be too high, or the room ventilation might be insufficient. Ensure sufficient ventilation. * The condenser might be dirty. Please clean it. * The condenser fan might not be working. Consult the relevant section for fan issues. * The cooling water might be too hot or the cooling-water flow might be insufficient, if water-cooled. Re-establish the nominal conditions. You can also try resetting the pressure switch by pressing the button on the controller. If the issue persists or the HPS pressure switch is defective, contact a BEKO service technician for replacement.

  The refrigerating compressor may not be working because the internal heat protection of the compressor was activated. Wait 30 minutes and then retry. Check the electric cabling. If installed - HPS or LPS pressure switch or TS safety temperature switch was activated – see the corresponding point. In the event that the compressor still does not work, replace it. If installed – replace the internal heat protection and/or the start-up relay and/or the starting capacitor and/or the operating capacitor.

  If the dew point is too high, the chiller may not start up or the refrigerating compressor may not work. Ensure that the T1 dew point sensor is pushed down to the bottom of the aluminium tube immersion sleeve. Also, ensure sufficient ventilation if air-cooled. Re-establish the nominal conditions if the inlet air is too hot or the inlet air pressure is too low, or the inlet air throughput is higher than the throughput of the chiller or the cooling-water flow is insufficient. Clean the condenser if it is dirty. For air-cooled systems, check the condenser fan. Contact a BEKO service technician to have the nominal setting re-established, if the hot-gas bypass valve needs to be re-adjusted or if there is a leak in the refrigeration cycle. Check if the chiller does not discharge the condensate.

  An extreme pressure drop in the chiller can be caused by the chiller not discharging the condensate, or the dew point being too low, causing the condensate to freeze and block the air. Check the flexible connection hoses for obstructions.

Ensure sufficient ventilation if the ambient temperature is too high or the room ventilation insufficient. Clean the condenser unit if it is dirty. See the corresponding point if the fan does not work. Contact a specialist for refrigerating plants to have the nominal calibration re-established if the hot-gas bypass valve needs to be re-adjusted or the adjusting valve for the cooling-water flow needs to be re-adjusted (water-cooled).   If the dew point is too low, for LC 12-35 - See specific point, because the fan runs continuously and the yellow LED of DMC15 controller is glowing continuously. For LC 55-355 - Replace the PV pressure switch, because the fan runs continuously and the PV pressure switch is defective. Re-establish the nominal conditions if the ambient temperature is too low. Contact a BEKO service technician to have the nominal setting re-established, if the hot-gas bypass valve needs to be re-adjusted.
