Why does my Beko Washer keep washing and the timer is not counting down?

If your Beko Washer is continuously washing and the remaining time isn't counting down, especially if the countdown is paused while taking in water, the machine is waiting until it's filled with the correct amount of water. It does this to avoid poor washing results due to lack of water. Once sufficient water is present, the timer will start counting down.
