This
switch is used to set
transmit output
power
to 2.5
W at "H"
position
or
0.5 W at
"L"
position
(at
9V).
For
local
contacts,
set
the
output
power
switch to
"L"
position
so as
to reduce battery consum-
tion.

Depressing this sMich changes the
transceiver over
from receive to
transmit.
The red LED indicates transmit
mode.
