  If your Beldray Vacuum Cleaner has stopped working, it may be because the thermal cut-out device has activated due to restricted airflow, cutting power to the motor. To fix this: 1. Switch off and disconnect the vacuum cleaner from the mains power supply. 2. Empty the dust container. 3. Clean the HEPA filter, exhaust filter, and mesh filters. 4. Allow the vacuum cleaner to cool for approximately 1 hour.

  Poor suction in your Beldray Vacuum Cleaner can be due to several reasons: a blockage in the telescopic extension tube, floor brush, brush/crevice tool, or air inlet; a nearly full dust container; or blocked filters. To resolve this, disconnect the attachment and clear any blockages. Empty the dust container as instructed in the section titled ‘Emptying The Dust Container’. Also, clean the filters following the instructions in the sections entitled ‘Cleaning The Dust Container, HEPA Filter and Mesh Filter’ and ‘Cleaning the Exhaust Filter and Mesh Filter’.
