Short Shaft Installation

1. Determine the best orientation for the universal clam

on the back of the
actuator. The best location would be where

bolt nuts on the clam
p.

The AFB, AFX… series actuator is designed for use with jackshafts up to 1.05” in
diameter. In most applications, the AFB, AFX actuator may be mounted in the same
