Usage Features:

• Simple Direct Mounting: The actuator can be directly mounted on the damper shaft using a universal shaft clamp. An anti-rotation device is included to prevent the actuator from rotating during operation.
• Manual Override: A push-button allows for manual override. Holding the button down disengages the gear train, enabling manual adjustment. The gear train remains disengaged as long as the button is pressed or locked.
• Adjustable Angle of Rotation: The angle of rotation can be adjusted and limited on both sides using mechanical end stops, providing precise control over the damper's movement.
• High Functional Reliability: The actuator is designed with overload protection, eliminating the need for limit switches. It automatically stops when the mechanical end stop is reached, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
• Flexible Signalling: The integrated auxiliary switch offers adjustable signalling from 0% to 100% of the rotation range.

Maintenance Features:

• Maintenance-Free: The SM24A-S actuator is designed to be maintenance-free, reducing the need for regular servicing and upkeep.
• Limited User Serviceability: The device may only be opened at the manufacturer's site. It does not contain any parts that can be replaced or repaired by the user, emphasizing its robust and sealed design.
