• The Firmware Upgrade may be applied only to devices listed in the type overview.
• The instructions concerning setup and workflow must be observed. Belimo assumes no
responsibility for devices, which are no longer usable due to inappropriate handling.

Connect ZIP-USB-MP to computer. Download driver and ZTH-Updater software from Belimo Web.

Post Processing

Device is ready. Check/adjust settings. Affix quick start guide and ZTH-VAV sticker if applicable.

Troubleshooting

ZIP-USB-MP Not Recognized

Install USB driver from Belimo Web. Ensure ZIP-USB-MP is connected before starting ZTH-Updater. Check COM Port.

COM-Port Cannot Be Opened

Close conflicting software, press Minus button while connecting, check cable.

Update Process Does Not Start

Close conflicting software, press Minus button while connecting, check cable.
