QUICKIE BEAN DIP
Blend this all natural, great tasting bean dip in no time at all.
Freshly made and ready to serve in minutes.

1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
1/4 cup (fat-free) chicken or vegetable broth
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
dollop of sour cream (optional)
cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
chili pepper to taste (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients into the large blending cup.
2. Twist cup into base, push down and pulse
until desired consistency is reached.
