CREAMY ALFREDO
Everyone loves this creamy, delicious sauce. The Rocket Blender

1/4 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
3 sprigs fresh parsley (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
dash of basil
shallots (optional)

1. Combine all ingredients into the large blending cup.
2. Twist cup into base, push down and pulse until desired consistency is reached.
Place contents into a microwavable bowl and heat to desired temperature.
3. Stir and serve over hot pasta.
