Operating instructions
1. Place the motor base on a at, clean, dry countertop or table.
2. Make sure the unit is unplugged.
3. The 10 speed blender comes with one plastic jar and one lid. Place the food to be processed into
theplastic jar.
4. To assemble the jug, place the sealing gasket on the inner edge of the blade unit. Put the blade
attachment with the sealing gasket into the blade base. Mount the plastic jar into the blade base
andturn the blade base on a counter-clockwise direction until it is xed.
IMPORTANT: Check to make sure if the plastic jar is properly attached to the blade base.
5. Place the assembled plastic jar and blade base onto the motor block until it is securely engaged.
IMPORTANT: Check to make sure the jar is properly xed to the motor block.
6. Insert the measuring cup into the opening of the lid. Twist it clockwise until it is locked.
WARNING: Never operate the Blender when the plastic jar is empty.
WARNING: Never over ll the jar. Do not exceed the Max Line.
7. To insert the plastic jar make sure the blender is switched Off.
8. Place ingredients in the jar; x the lid to the plastic jar by softly pressing down the lid into position.
9. To process, plug the unit into a 120V plug and press any of the speeds on the speed control base.

10. Use low speeds (1-5) to blend soft fruits or vegetables with liquids for soups, chopping
ormixingfoods
11. Use high speeds (6-10) to process harder fruits and vegetables for blending, liquefying
orgrindingfood.
12. To crush ice, use the Pulse button.
13. When the processing is completed, always press the button “OFF” and make sure to unplug
theunit.
14. Pull up the plastic jar from the motor base.
User maintenance instructions
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user-serviceable parts. Any servicing requiring
disassembly other than cleaning must be performed by a qualied appliance repair technician.
