EGGLESS CAESAR DRESSING
1 garlic clove
1 Tbsp. capers, drained and rinsed
1 tsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

1. Combine all the ingredients in the large blending cup.
2. Twist cup into base, push down and pulse
until desired consistency is reached.

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 Tbsp. toasted pine nuts
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup cream
