The gas mark settings and times given in the top baking guides are based on dish-
es made with block margarine. If tub margarine is used, it may be necessary to reduce
the gas mark setting.
If a different gas mark setting to that shown in our guide is given in a recipe, the
recipe instruction should be followed.
The cooking times given in the baking guides are based on a preheated oven. If
you do not preheat the oven, cooking times should be extended.
