Operating the Water Tank
Check the water level in the tank frequently. Make sure that the water level does not fall below the “MIN” marking on the water tank.
Activating the cooling function with an insucient amount of water may cause the water pump to malfunction.
Before relling the water, switch o your unit and unplug the power cord.
When there is no water left in the tank, the unit will stop in order to prevent pump damage.
In order to increase the cooling eect of your fan, you can use freezer packs. Using ice packs reduces the temperature of the air ow, which
creates a more eective cooling eect. Make sure that the water level in the tank does not exceed the “MAX” level after the ice packs have
been put into the water tank.
Cleaning and Maintenance
After operating the cooler for long periods, the dust accumulated in the lter may aect the inow of air. Therefore, it is recommended to
clean the unit regularly. Please follow the steps below to clean your device.
Switch o the unit and unplug the power cord before doing any cleaning or maintenance.
1. Air lter protective screen:
Hold the handle at the top on the air lter protective screen at the rear of the unit and carefully pull away from the machine. Remove the
paper evaporator water lter. Clean the lter protective screen with neutral detergent and a soft cloth. Rinse it thoroughly with clean water
and leave to dry.
2. Water tank:
Remove the water drain plug which is located at the bottom middle of the rear of the unit and let the water drain away. Once the water is
drained, securely push the plug back into place.
Carefully remove the air lter protective screen from the rear of the unit, which gives you access to the water tank. Clean the tank carefully
with neutral detergent and wipe it thoroughly with a cloth and clean water.
Place the air lter protective screen back into position securely and check that the rubber water drain plug is rmly in place.
3. Exterior Cleaning
Clean the exterior case, except for the control panel, with a soft, damp cloth. Never use abrasive cleaning agents that could damage the
case. Make sure that the unit is dry before operating it. Note: Never expose the control panel to water. Always clean it with a soft, dry cloth.
Waste electrical products should not be disposed of with household waste. Please recycle where facilities exist. Check with
your local authority or retailer for recycling advice.
