When the appliance must be disposed of, it is recommended to make
it inoperative.
It is also recommended to render harmless those
parts of the appliance likely to constitute a danger.
This appliance must not be used by children.
Children must not play with the appliance. Keep the
appliance and its cable away from children under 8
years of age.
This appliance can be used by children of 8 years or older and by
persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or by
persons that lack experience and knowledge of the appliance, provi-
ded they have been given complete instructions concerning the safe
use of the appliance and provided that they understand the related
risks.
Specic warnings
Do not leave the appliance running unless it is supervised by the
user.
Do not vacuum ash or still incandescent materials with a temperature
higher than 45°C; there is a re hazard.
Before vacuuming the ashes make sure that most of the embers are
extinguished.
Do not vacuum liquids, ammable and explosive materials, corrosive
materials, harmful materials, relighting materials.
Do not use the appliance without the lter in place or with the lter
damaged.
Keep the tube and lter clean.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply during cleaning ope-
rations.
Disconnect the appliance from the socket when not in use and make
sure that the switch is in the off position (0).
The appliance was built and designed to work in domestic envi-
ronments as an ash vacuum cleaner; therefore, any other use is to
be considered improper and therefore dangerous.
In the event of a breakdown or malfunction of the appliance, unplug it
immediately, do not tamper with it and contact assistance.
Be careful never to turn the appliance upside down while it is in ope-
ration. During use, keep the appliance on a at surface.
