Simboli dei lubricanti utilizzati
Su alcune g. riportate, in questo libretto, con le lettere “G”, “O1”,
“O2” sono consigliate il tipo di lubricante da usare in quel riferi-
mento indicato nell’illustrazione.
grasso tipo EP2;
olio lubricante tipo SAE 90 W;
olio idraulico tipo HI 46;
- Fig. 10A “G” e Fig. 10B “O1 oppure O2”: pittogrammi adesivi po-
sti sull’attrezzo nelle vicinanze del punto in cui si deve utilizzare
il tipo di lubricante appropriato.
Nota: la lubricazione si esegue rispettando le corrette indica-
zioni riportate sulle illustrazioni della macchina.
Gli ingrassatori sulle cerniere dei martinetti idraulici, non sono
tutti visibili sulle illustrazioni, trovarli e lubricare con grasso.
Lubricare con grasso ogni 20 ore di lavoro.
Sostituire l’olio idraulico ogni 500 ore.
Tali limiti, sono di riferimento in condizioni non particolarmente
gravosi di lavoro. Diversamente i tempi sono da ridurre secondo
le esigenze.
Symbols of the lubricants used
In some of the diagrams found in this handbook, the letters “G”, “O1”,
“O2” suggest the type of lubricant to be used at the point indicated
in the illustration.
EP2 grease;
SAE 90 W lubricating oil ;
HI 46 hydraulic oil ;
- Fig.10A “G” and Fig.10B “O1 or O2”: adhesive pictograms placed on
the implement near the point in which the appropriate type of lubri-
cant must be used.
Note: lubrication must be carried out in observance of the correct
instructions found in the illustrations of the machine.
The lubricators on the hinges of the hydraulic jacks are not all visible
in the diagrams; nd them and lubricate with grease.
Lubricate with grease after every 20 hours of operation.
Replace the hydraulic oil every 500 hours.
These time limits are to be observed in operating conditions which
are not particularly demanding. In other operating conditions, the
time limits are to be reduced according to need.
