Check the hot gas line temperature.
Water is pooling up on the
floor near the appliance.
Interior light is Not working.
Condensation is collecting in
the cabinet and/or floor.
The condensate pan isn’t keeping up
and is overflowing.
If connected to a floor drain the
setup has become misaligned
and/or the drain line may be
clogged
Poor switch connection
Light is not connected.
Light has burned out.
The gasket is not sealed properly.
High humidity / moisture in the air is
Add an additional powered
condensate evaporator pan to
accommodate the overflow.
Reposition the drain line so it flows
into the floor drain.
Clear the drain line
Turn off the light switch and
turn it back on.
Make sure the light is correctly
inserted in the socket.
Replace the light. If replacement of
the light doesn’t solve the problem,
contact a qualified service
technician.
Clean, repair, or replace the
gasket as necessary.
Wipe with a dry cloth.
Don’t jerk on the door and allow
enough time for the internal
pressures to equalize.
A replacement door may be
necessary.
Reposition or replace the gasket.
Level the unit again.
Tighten the door hinge.
