- Swing your arms forward and up in a circular motion.
- Drop to your hands and knees.
- Push yourself off with your hands and straighten up again to an erect position.
Seat drop
- Start with the basic bounce.
- Keep your eyes focused on the jump mat.
- Drop to a flat sitting position.
- Place your hands on the jump mat along side your hips.
- Push yourself off with your hands and straighten up again to an erect position.
