Front bounce
- Start with the basic bounce and land on your stomach.
- Keep your head erect.
- Keep head up and arms extended forward on the mat.
- Push with arms to return to a standing position
Back drop
- Start with the basic bounce and land on your back.
- Keep chin pressed against your chest during landing.
- Kick forward and up with legs when returning to a standing position.
Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance and good care guarantee a long lifespan and assist in preventing injuries.
The following guidelines should be observed.
Inspect the BERG In Ground Trampoline before each use according to the assembly manual and replace broken or missing
parts.
In particular, pay attention to:
- The condition of the joints of the frame components (welded and clamped joints)
- The condition of the protective surround pad (stitched seam, attachment to the frame, damage to the jump mat,
complete cover of the springs)
- The condition of the springs (excessive stretching of a spring)
- The condition of the jump mat (no cracks, correct tension)

You can clean the jump map and the protective surround pad with a cloth and cold water. NEVER use solvents,
dishwashing liquid, detergent or hot water. We recommend covering your BERG In Ground Trampoline with a BERG
protective cover in order to prevent soiling.
