WARRANTY
When purchasing a BERING alarm clock you will obtain a warranty from
BERING Time which is valid for 36 months from the purchase date in
accordance with the conditions of the warranty. In order to utilise the
warranty, you must present a warranty certificate, filled out completely and
correctly by an authorised BERING dealer.
The warranty is not valid for the normal wear and tear of your BERING
alarm clock and will not come into effect in the case of improper treatment.
Improper treatment includes water damage, accidental damage (such as
from a drop or other force), damage incurred as a result of not following the
operating instructions. The warranty is also invalid when any maintenance
is carried out by a third party who is not authorized by BERING.
There is a 3-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
(excluding batteries). The warranty is valid in the countries where the alarm
clock is officially sold. A damaged or cracked display cover is not covered
by the warranty. For defects which are covered by the warranty, it is at the
discretion of BERING Time whether or not to carry out a repair or whether to
provide an identical replacement or an alarm clock with similar features.
The BERING service center and authorised BERING dealers are also allowed
to charge fees for postage, packaging, and insurance if required. When
claiming the warranty, please contact an authorised BERING dealer or the
BERING service center.

GARANTIE
Auf ihrem BERING Wecker erhalten Sie von BERING Time eine Garantie
von 36 Monaten ab Kaufdatum gemäß Garantiebestimmungen. Für die
Inanspruchnahme der Garantie muss der Garantieschein von einem
autorisierten BERING Händler vollständig und korrekt ausgefüllt vorgelegt
werden.
Die Garantie gilt nicht für die normale Abnutzung und Alterung ihres BERING
Weckers und tritt nicht bei unsachgemäßer Behandlung des Weckers in Kraft.
Die unsachgemäße Behandlung schließt Wasserschäden, Unfallschäden
(wie Stöße, Brüche) und Schäden, die durch eine Nichteinhaltung der
Gebrauchsanweisung entstehen, mit ein. Die Garantie ist nichtig, wenn
Wartung oder Reparatur des BERING Weckers von einer nicht durch BERING
autorisierten dritten Person durchgeführt werden.
Es besteht eine 3-jährige Garantie auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler
(ausgenommen der Batterien). Die Garantie ist in den Ländern gültig, in
denen der Wecker offiziell verkauft wird. Ein beschädigter oder gesprungener
Displayschutz wird nicht von der Garantie abgedeckt. Bei Mängeln, die unter
die Garantie fallen, liegt es im Ermessen von BERING Time, ob eine Reparatur
durchgeführt werden kann oder der Wecker durch einen identischen oder
durch einen Wecker mit ähnlichen Merkmalen ersetzt wird. Das BERING
Service Center und die autorisierten BERING Händler können Gebühren für
Porto und ggf. Versicherung erheben. Für Inanspruchnahme der Garantie
wenden Sie sich bitte an ihren autorisierten BERING Händler oder an das
BERING Service Center.
