5. 2.4 Opened/Closed signaling
EZ LOGIC board is equipped with two signaling relays for ‘opened’ and ‘closed’ positions (Latching
relays). These relays signal either the position 0% or 100% of the open valve.
5. 2.5 Alarm signaling
An ‘Alarm’ relay (monostable relay) switches off when a fault is detected. The reported faults are:
- loss of power supply
- loss of a phase (in three-phase)
- Primary fuse or control fuse out of order
- Motor thermal overload
- trigger force limiters
- Motor jammed
- Loss of input signal (with 4-20mA positioner)
- Position sensor out of order
- Torque sensor out of order
- Selector in local

5.3 FAST COMMISSIONING

The valve set-up is non-intrusive. After being wired, connect again the
ribbon cable (according to § 5.2.1) and shut carefully the actuator’s
cover (the seal must be well fitted to avoid any leakage).
Actuators and gears are supplied and tested for a 90° operation.
Fine adjustment of the stop screws position is possible within a limit
of ± 2° maximum.
Loosen the two lock nuts (1) first the 2 ‘stop screws’ (2) by 2 turns.
This allows increasing the of 2° the possible rotation of the output.
To enter the SETTING mode:
- If the KEY logo appears , it’s necessary to turn off the local
command inhibition by pressing OK during 5 sec
- Press Local/Remote during 3 seconds
Local light is ON
- Press simultaneously Local/remote and Stop keys during 3 sec
is displayed and the Setting light is ON
- Press OK (Stop) to enter in the valve set-up menu
is displayed
