To do the set-up
- Use the local command to reach the ‘valve closed’ position. If mechanical stops are reached
before the valve closing is completed, it means that the 2° maximum adjustment tolerance has
been exceeded; do not try to go beyond this limit.
- Record the position by pressing OK

- Turn closing stop screws clockwise to the mechanical contact, reloosen 1.5 turn, and secure by
lock nut.
- Use the local command to the ‘valve opened’ position
- Record the position by pressing OK
Actuator goes back to menu The
actuator is well set
- Turn opening stop screws clockwise to the mechanical contact, reloosen 1.5 turn, and secure by
lock nut.
- Press Esc. (Local/Remote) to return to the user’s mode in local mode
‘Setting’ light turns
off. If Err code appears, it means the setting is not recorded or the operation is less than 60°:
Start the set-up procedure from the beginning again.
- Operate the valve 2 or 3 times to check the limits and adjust the mechanical stop according to
chapter 5.2.1
- Press Local/remote to leave the ‘Local’ mode
‘Local’ light turns OFF
Actuator must stop according to the position sensor
and not on the mechanical stops.
