It’s possible to change some parameters by changing the
position of the zip-switches located on the control board.
To do this, it’s necessary to use a small screwdriver or a
pen.
Switches have the following names written on the board:
SW400 and SW500.
Note : Changes must be done out of voltage. The new
settings are taken into account after a power cut.

As standard, the actuator closes clockwise (rotation viewed from the
top of the valve). To close counter-clockwise, set S1 switch in position

4/20mA0/20 mA
As standard, the input position signal is 4/20mA (4=0% opening). The
position feed-back is identical. (Reminder: The position feed-back
needs external supply from 12 to 30VDC).
- It’s possible to give a 0/20mA input signal. Set S2 switch in position
OFF. The position feed-back will also become 0/20mA.
- It’s possible to give a 0/10VDC input signal. Set S2 switch in position
OFF and the two SW500 switches in position V

OFF ON
As standard, the EZxxxx KL XX 123 A0 actuators operate according to
proportional input signal.
- It’s possible to work ON/OFF by setting the S3 switch in position OFF.
Once S3 is OFF, the analog input signal will become inefficient. Then,
remote command will be able to work with dry contacts command or
voltage command (see chapter 5.2.3)
