Free-Hand System (FHS) / Presser-foot lifter
BERNINA’s unique Free-Hand System (FHS) lets you
raise the presser foot while simultaneously lower-
ing the feed dog via a knee lever. This also increases
fabric feed under the foot and protects thin, delicate
materials from damage from the feed dog.
