appliance.
• Alwaysremovetheplugfromthemainssocketbeforemovingtheapplianceandwhentheapplianceis
notinuse.
• Removetheplugfromthewallsocketbypullingtheplug,notthepowercord.
• Checktheappliance’spowercordregularlytomakesureitisnotdamaged.Donotusetheapplianceif
thepowercordisdamaged.Haveadamagedpowercordreplacedbyaqualifiedrepairservice.
• Certainpartsoftheappliancemaygethot.Donottouchthesepartstopreventburningyourself.
• Makesurethattheappliance,thepowercordortheplugdonotmakecontactwithhotservices,suchas
ahothobornakedflame.
• Makesurethattheappliance,thepowercordandplugdonotmakecontactwithwater.

• Placetheapplianceonaflat,stablesurfacewhereitcannotfall.
• Neverallowthepowercordtohangovertheedgeofthedrainingboard,worktoportable.
• Makesurethatyourhandsaredrybeforetouchingtheappliance,cableorplug.
• Neverusetheapplianceinahumidroom.
• Switchofftheapplianceandremovetheplugfromthewallsocketintheeventofamalfunctionduring
use,aswellasbeforecleaningtheappliance,fittingorremovinganaccessory,orstoringtheappliance
afteruse.
• Neverusetheappliancewithboilingliquids.
• Donotswitchontheappliancewhileitisempty.
• Neverusetheapplianceforlongerthan180seconds.Switchitoffandwaitafewminutestoallowitto
coolbeforecontinuinguse.
• Neverusetheblenderwithoutthelid.
• Donotfilltheblenderjarabovethemaximumlevel.Themaximumcapacityoftheblenderis1,5litres.
• Donotpickuptheapplianceifitfallsintowater.Removetheplugfromthewallsocketimmediatelyand
donotusetheapplianceanymore.
• Cleantheappliancethoroughlyafteruse(see‘Cleaningandmaintenance’).
• Neverimmersetheappliance,theplugorthepowercordinwaterorotherliquid.
• Thisappliancemaynotbeusedthroughanexternaltimerorbymeansofaremotecontrol.
