Clean the appliance and the loose parts thoroughly after each use:
1. Switch off the deep fryer by turning the temperature control dial to MIN, the timer dial to OFF and discon-
necting the plug from the wall socket.
4. Press the lid release button to open the lid. The lid will automatically open to the vertical position.
5. Take the frying basket from the pan.
7. Take the filters out of the lid.
9. Clean the lid and the frying basket in hot washing-up water or a dishwasher and then dry thoroughly.
10. Take out the control panel / heating element by
lifting it up.
11. Take out the power adapter by sliding it back-
wards.
12. Clean them with a damp cloth.
13. Take out the inner pan by lifting it up.
