1. Taketheapplianceoutofthepackaging.
2. Cleantheappliance(see‘Cleaningandmaintenance’).
OPERATION - Use
TheKitchenMasterissuppliedwiththreedifferentaccessories.
• Youcanusethemixingbladetomixbatterfor,forexample,cake,biscuits,bread,andpastry.
• Youcanusethewhisktobeatproductssuchaseggwhite,mayonnaise,andwhippedcream.
• Youcanusethedoughhooktokneaddoughforbread,aswellasotherfermentingdoughs.
1. Presstheliftbuttonwithonehand,andliftthemixerheadwithyourotherhanduntiltheheadlocksinthe
raisedposition.
2. Addtheingredientstothemixingbowl.
3. Fitthemixingbowltotheappliance.Makesurethatthebowlfitsintotheopeningsinthebase,andturn
thebowlclockwisetothestop;themixingbowlisnowsecuredtotheappliance.
