  If your Bestway Hot Tub pump isn't heating properly, there are several things you can check. First, make sure the temperature is set high enough. Next, inspect the filter cartridge and clean or replace it if it's dirty. Also, make sure the spa is covered to retain heat. If the thermal cut-out has tripped, unplug the pump and let it cool down until the water temperature reaches 35°C (95°F) or lower before restarting it.

  If the Lay-Z-Massage System on your Bestway Hot Tub isn't working, unplug the pump and wait two hours for it to cool down. Then, plug it back in and press the Lay-Z-Massage System button to reactivate it. If the massage stops automatically, press the Lay-Z-Massage System Button to reactivate.
