      If the massage system on your Bestway Hot Tub isn't working, the air pump might be overheating. Unplug the pump and wait two hours for it to cool down. Then, plug it back in and press the massage system button to reactivate it. Also, the massage system might have stopped automatically. In this case, press the massage system button to reactivate it. If the air pump is broken, contact your local Bestway Aftersales Service Center for instructions.

      If your Bestway Hot Tub is leaking, check for tears or punctures in the spa and use the provided repair patch to fix them. Also, the air valve might be loose. To check, cover the air valve with soapy water to see if air is escaping. If it is, deflate the spa, hold the backside of the air valve from inside the spa wall, and turn the wrench clockwise to tighten it.
