What’s included:
To Change Batteries:
Before replacing batteries, remove bag of
product and pump assembly from dispenser.
1. Use tabs to remove battery cover.
2. Use 4 high-quality C-cell alkaline batteries.
3. Replace battery cover. Close dispenser cover.
Status light on front of dispenser will be green
when batteries are installed properly.
4. Be sure to install bag of product and pump as-
sembly back into the dispenser.
Status Light:
Green Flash every 4 seconds - Batteries Work-
ing, Unit Working
Fast Green Flash - Hand/Object obstructing sen-
sor. Remove hand/object to reset dispenser.
Red Flash every 4 seconds - Batteries Low.
Red Flash - Unit Failure. Open dispenser cover to
reset unit.
Note:
Dispenser should be mounted at least 6 inches
above any surface or object.
If installed above stainless steel or glossy sur-
faces at least a 9” mounting height is recom-
mended.
Foam pump, alcohol towelette, wall anchors
and screws, foam adhesive strips, dispenser
key and 4 C-cell batteries.

Summary

Status Light

Green Flash

Indicates batteries are working and the unit is operational.

Fast Green Flash

Signifies hand/object obstructing the sensor; remove to reset.

Red Flash

Indicates low batteries or unit failure; open cover to reset.

To Change Batteries

Battery Removal

Use tabs to remove the battery cover before replacing batteries.

Battery Installation

Install 4 C-cell alkaline batteries and ensure the status light is green.

Product Reassembly

Reinstall product bag and pump assembly after changing batteries.

Opening the Dispenser

Cover Operation

Insert key into the top keyway, turn clockwise to open, counterclockwise to lock.

Mounting the Dispenser

With Anchors and Screws

Mark holes, drill, insert anchors, attach screws, hang dispenser, and tighten.

With Double-Sided Tape

Clean surface, apply tape, press firmly, and wait 24 hrs before filling dispenser.

Install/Remove Product

Installing Product

Insert pump valve into bag until it clicks, then place bag and pump into dispenser.

Removing Product

Pull bag/pump assembly out, then turn upside down to remove pump from bag.
