What to do if my BETEX BLF 200 produces a loud vibrating sound?

If your BETEX Heater is producing a loud vibrating sound, immediately stop the heating cycle. Ensure all contact surfaces are clean and greased, and that the yoke is level on the poles. To adjust the yoke, remove any dirt or burrs from it and the poles, then lightly apply Vaseline. Position the yoke on the hinge point and rotate it above the poles. Loosen the socket screws and bolts on the hinge bushing by about half a turn. Start the heater; the yoke should adjust itself. If needed, use a plastic hammer. Once the noise decreases, tighten all bolts and switch off the heater.
