Wash brushes in warm water and soap, then replace them in the water tank, ensuring correct orientation.
Fill the water bottle and place it on the machine brackets; adjust water level based on tape type for proper moistening.
Set tape roll guides inside the machine to match the tape width, centering the roll in the basket area.
Touch keypad for desired length (4-45 inches). Press '2X' then number to double length.
Press the 'Repeat' key to dispense the same length of tape as the last dispensed piece.
Press the 'Random' key and hold the arrow key to dispense tape until released (max 120 inches).
Use a 3/32" Allen wrench to adjust the set screw to correct tape feeding or blade contact issues.
Clean brushes weekly or when adhesive build-up affects moistening. Ensure correct placement.
Remove accumulated material from blades using a brush and solvent. Avoid scraping the cutting edge.
