  If your Beurer Scales show ‘FFFF’ or ‘Err’ during measurement, it indicates that the measurement parameters have been exceeded, the scale is not on a flat, stable surface, you are not standing still, your feet are not making proper contact with the metal plates, or the batteries need to be replaced. Here are some things you can try: * Ensure loads are limited to 400 lb (180 kg, 28 st) and body fat percentage is between 5% and 75%. * Place the scale on a flat, stable surface. * Stand as still as possible. * Measure while barefoot only. Slightly moisten soles of feet and remove calluses if necessary. * Replace the batteries.
