7. What if there are problems?
Problem Possible cause/remedy
Device will not
switch on.
- Press and hold down the “
” but-
ton again for 1.5 seconds.
- Check that the batteries are
inserted correctly and try to switch
on the device again.
- The batteries could be flat.
Replace the batteries and try to
switch on the device again.
The gel film no
longer adheres to
the skin.
- Replace the gel film.
The device beeps
unusually during
use.
- Press and hold down the “
button for 1.5 seconds to switch
off the device. Then press and
hold down the “
” button for 1.5
seconds to switch on the device
again.
- There is insufficient skin contact
with the gel pads. Replace the gel
pads.
- The batteries could be low and
must be replaced.
