Q: Is the technology in the FC 100 safe?
A: The FC100 is based on microdermabrasion technology, which only removes excess skin cells in the very
top layer of the skin and does not affect the other skin layers.
Q: Is using the FC 100 painful?
A: No, use of the device should be gentle and pain-free. On very sensitive skin, users may experience slight
burning in rare cases. If, however, you do experience pain when using the device, reduce the intensity.
Q: How long does a treatment with the FC 100 take?
A: The length of a treatment can vary depending on the area being treated. A full facial treatment takes
approx. 20 minutes.
Q: How often should I use the FC 100?
A: We recommend using the FC100 once a week. However, if you decide to use it more frequently wait at
least 48 hours between treatments. Protect your skin from the sun after use.
Q: What precautions need to be taken after treatment?
A: Before exposing yourself to the sun, use sun protection for the first three days after a treatment. For the
first three days after a treatment DO NOT carry out any mechanical/chemical exfoliation treatment, elec-
trolysis or facial hair removal and DO NOT use hair removal products. You can wear makeup immediately
