efore cleaning, remove the brush from the Power Head. Clean brushes thoroughly with clean running water
a
fter each use. Clean the Power Head with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Replace brushes
e
very 4-6 months or as needed. To reorder a replacement brush head, contact customer service.
Disposal
O
bserve the local regulations for material disposal. Dispose of the device in accordance with local
r
egulations. If you have any questions, please contact the local authorities responsible for waste disposal.

10. Troubleshooting
Problem Solution
The device does not charge.
Ensure that the power adapter is connected to a functioning socket. If it is
connected correctly and the device still fails to charge, contact Customer
Services.
The device will not switch on.
Charge the device as described in these instructions for use. If it is still not
possible to switch on the device, contact Customer Services.
The device does not cleanse
as well as it did at the
beginning.
The brush is worn. Replace the brush head. Replacement heads can be
ordered from Customer Service.
