GARANZIA
Tutti i prodotti BGS GENERAL vengono forniti collaudati, e sono
garantiti per 12 mesi decorrenti dall’avvenuta consegna.
La garanzia è applicabile solo ai clienti che hanno rispettato le
norme di installazione, sicurezza e utilizzazione riportate su
questo manuale; inoltre, per l’applicabilità della garanzia, sarà
indispensabile conservare il numero di matricola del prodotto
riportato sull’apposita targhetta.
La garanzia è limitata ai soli difetti di costruzione ed esclude
ogni responsabilità per danni diretti ed indiretti a persone,
animali e cose e cessa nel caso in cui il prodotto BGS
GENERAL venga manomesso o smontato.
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia il motore elettrico,il pressostato e
tutte quelle parti che, per specifico impiego sono soggette ad
usura, come le guarnizioni, le valvole etc.
Sono inoltre esclusi dalla garanzia i componenti elettrici ed
elettronici per eventuale uso improprio da verificare con i
fornitori della BGS GENERAL.
Non sono ammesse restituzioni se non preventivamente
autorizzate e comunque in porto franco.
Tutte le eventuali spese di sopralluogo di smontaggio,
rimontaggio, trasporto per l’intervento di un ns. tecnico su
chiamata per difetti non imputabili alla BGS GENERAL SRL,
saranno a carico del cliente.
Sono inoltre escluse dalla garanzia gli eventuali danni provocati
dalla mancanza di manutenzione ed uso improprio.
WARRANTY
All BGS GENERAL products are provided after tests and are
guaranteed for 12 months from delivery date.
The warranty is applied only when clients settle their payments
regularly and comply with the installation, safety, and operating rules
reported in this handbook. Furthermore, for any warranty claim it is
necessary to keep the product serial number shown on the product
plate.
During warranty time BGS GENERAL guarantees free repairs or
faulty part replacement after an inspection and irrevocable decision
by its technical staff.
The warranty covers only manufacture defects and excludes any
responsibility for direct or indirect damages caused to persons,
animals and things in case BGS GENERAL products have been
tampered or disassembled.
The warranty excludes the electric engine, the pressure gauge, and
all those parts such as gaskets, valves, etc. that, due to their
specific use, are exposed to wearing.
Other parts excluded from the warranty are the electric and
electronic components in case of incorrect use, which must be
verified with BGS GENERAL suppliers.
Replacements are only permitted after BGS authorisation and, in
any case, on a carriage paid basis.
Any inspecting, disassembly, re-assembly, and transport expenses
for any intervention by our technical staff in case of faults excluded
from BGS GENERAL SRL responsibility are to be paid by the client.
Excluded from the warranty are also all damages caused by lack of
maintenance and incorrect use.
