8. Troubleshooting
Problem Cause Solution
The indicator light (8)
does not switch on and
the appliance is not
heating up after the ON/
Pause button (7) has
been pressed.
(A) The machine is not
connected to the mains
power.
(B) The machine is not
switched on.
Make sure the appliance
is plugged in.
The appliance does not
produce foam.
The milk foamer (5) is
not assembled properly.
Make sure the milk
foamer (5) is positioned
properly.
The milk foamer (5) is
damaged.
Replace.
There is something
inside the jug (4), which
is preventing the milk
foamer (5) from turning.
Move any obstruction
inside the jug (4).
The appliance has
not made a sufcient
amount of foamed milk.
The milk has passed its
sell-by date.
Make sure the milk is
fresh.
Milk too hot. Repeat the cycle using
milk at fridge temper-
ature.
