Brake and Shift Casing
The routing of cables, casings and hoses is completely inside the frame. This operation can be quite complicated due to the little
space available and lack of experience. Specifically, working on the hydraulic system tubing requires specific technical knowledge,
special tools and expertise and can ONLY be carried out by your specialist dealer.
Arrange the brake hoses:
A. Connect the calipers to the brake hoses.
B. Pass the rear brake hose through the sealing ring (Top-Cone/ Cone-Spacer). Arrange both brake hoses as shown.
C. Attach the calipers to the frame chainstay and fork blade. Do not fully tighten the mounting bolts until the calipers are correctly
aligned.
1. front brake hose - green
2. rear shift casing- red
3. rear brake hose - yellow
Rear derailleur dropout
The frame adopts a Sram UDH universal dropout for assembling the rear derailleur to the frame. For more information on the UDH,
please refer to the SRAM user¬ manual at www.sram.com.
WARNING!
Do not apply grease to the Sram UDH component. Excessive tightening may cause the dropout to break.
