Cannot start, numbers
flashing, no suction.
Un-plug the DC cord from machine, start the
machineagain. If problem is fixed, the DC
cord needs to be changed.
Shaker cup on blood
circulation can not
vibrate .
① Ensure DC cord is connected to machine properly.
② Turn the adjuster on cup clockwise.
③ Change to spare DC cord, or send back for service.
④ This product is a consumable item. Do not crash
duringone year in order to affect the normal use.
Press the power button
and nothing appears on
screen.
① Restart the power.
② Replace the power outlet location test.
Send back for service if not working.
Airflow Adjuster does
not work.
Clean the airflow adjuster.
(Refer to cleaning instructions.)
Suction becomes low.
① Connect all tubes properly.
② Tubes might be broken, change to a new set.
③ Clean the tubes.(Refer to cleaning instructions)
④ Main machine suction hole is blocked.(Refer to
cleaning instructions)
⑤ Black rubber cap needs to be checked.

• Users should not disassemble the BIBOTING Beauty
Healthcare Instrument. Self disassembly will invalidate the
product warranty.

Under normal operating conditions, the following non-accidental failure is
covered by warranty:
• Main machine has a 3 years guarantee, and 20 years warranty.
• For pipeline and cup, these accessaries can be changed within 30 days of
warranty only.
• Warranty and Guarantee period commences from purchase date, and will not
restart after service or replacement.
• For products purchased after 3 years (within 20 years), when operated under
normal conditions, Biboting will charge a repair service fee depend on parts.
