* During the assembly, please be careful of the sharp area like the edge of Cross Plate. Screwdriver and 10 mm
(13/32 inch) spanner tools required to assemble The Bike Shield.

You have just purchased the most advanced and practical motorcycle storage solution on the market. Please check
“Frame Tube List” and “Bolts List” before you start assembling. Follow assembly instruction from “STEP 1” to “STEP 7”
in order.
The Bike Shield carries one year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Bike Shield
is supposed to be fixed on the ground using the cross plate and anchor bolts so that it prevents The Bike Shield from
falling down in high winds. It is also recommended to place The Bike Shield against the wall. Under customer’s
responsibility, The Bike Shield has to be secured to prevent any accident caused by strong wind, heavy snow or other
natural disasters. Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by accidents, alteration, improper installation, fire,
earthquake, flood, lightning, storm, and other natural disasters.
The Bike Shield has to be secured to the ground.

Bolts List

Step 1: Frame Assembly

Attach Rubber Legs to A Tubes

Screw rubber legs into A Tubes for frame stability during initial assembly.

Connect AO Tube to A Tubes

Connect the AO Tube to the left and right A Tubes to form the basic frame.

Step 2: Frame Assembly

Attach Rubber Legs to B Tubes

Screw rubber legs into B Tubes for frame stability during initial assembly.

Step 4: Frame Assembly

Assemble L Tubes with A Tubes

Connect L tubes to A tubes using D Bolt Set for frame structure.

Assemble I Tubes with Tube Binding Bar

Connect I tubes to the Tube Binding Bar using A Bolt Set.

Assemble I Tubes with L Tubes

Connect I tubes to L tubes and attach rubber bolt caps.

Step 5: Frame Assembly

Assemble C Tubes

Attach C tubes to the frame using A and C Bolt Sets.

Step 6: Cover Assembly

Identify Front and Rear Cover Sides

Determine front/rear by pockets for B Tube and stamped labels.

Attach AP Tube to I Tube

Connect AP Tube through pockets and attach to both sides of I Tube.

Secure Front Large Velcro

Pull front Large Velcro flap under AO Tube and attach.

Attach C Tubes to AP Tubes

Insert C Tubes through side pockets and connect to AP Tubes.

Step 7: Cover Assembly

Insert B Tubes into Cover

Put B Tubes through cover pockets on left and right sides.

Assemble AP Tube with B Tubes

Connect AP Tube to both sides of the B Tubes.

Secure Rear Large Velcro

Pull rear Large Velcro flap under AP and B Tubes and attach.

Attach Velcro Straps

Secure the cover by attaching Velcro straps.

Install Steel Cover Ring

Insert Steel Cover Ring and Steel Washer into C Bolt Set.
