If your Billy Goat Lawn and Garden Equipment fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, you should file a warranty claim. Take the machine to the dealer where you bought it or to an authorized Billy Goat servicing dealer. Present your Warranty Registration Card (or the invoice/receipt if the card isn't available). The dealer will complete the Warranty Claim and submit it to the Billy Goat Distributor. The distributor service manager will review the claim and forward it to Billy Goat for consideration. Billy Goat's Technical Service Department will examine the claim and may request the parts for inspection. Billy Goat will then notify the distributor service manager of their decision, which is final.
