Choose the temperature according to your pouch laminator size, thickness and quality etc. factors.
While temperature too low, the pouch will not laminated, please increase the temperature or adjust the speed
slower.
While the temperature too high, the pouch will become winkle, please decrease the temperature or adjust the
speed faster.
E:Notes
1. Please put the laminator in the dry and clean environment, and keep away from the easy explosive
items.
2. This machine is electrical equipment, please do not spray water or any other liquid directly on the machine. And
don’t put any items on the machine when its in working status.
3. Please grounding the machine for your safety.
4. Maintain the machine by professional personnel, don’t clean it while machine connect with power supply.
5. Use soft cloth with alcohol to clean roller. Do not maintenance the machine with gasoline, thinner and metal brush to
rub the roller.
6. After the ready light ON first time, the machine can work continuously, during its working, the
temperature indication window number may goes up and down, the ready light will be on and off
accordingly also, its normal. The laminator has automatically heating up keeping electronic system.
When the temperature is lower then set temperature, then the ready light off, machine will keep
heating up automatically, press the current temperature measure button, can find the temperature
number is up also, when its reach the set temperature, then the ready light will on again. If the
temperature indication window show the number keeps up and the ready light never off after on, and
machine keep heating up, then maybe the machine get in malfunction, but if the temperature up till
certain number and then start down, and the machine stop heating up ( normally it’s the roller over
heat protection automatically turn on), turn off the heating switch, waiting for the roller cool down
till lower than 60℃, turn off the machine and disconnect the plug with power supply, then send for
maintainence.
