This document describes the BioloMix Stand Mixer, model BM601, a kitchen appliance designed for various food preparation tasks including kneading, mixing, and whisking.
Function Description:
The BioloMix Stand Mixer is equipped with a planetary mixing system, where the attachment rotates on its own axis while also orbiting around the inside of the bowl, ensuring thorough and even mixing. The mixer features a speed knob with settings from "0" for standby, "P" for pulse maximum speed, and "1" to "6" for working speeds from low to high. It also includes a time display window and time adjustment buttons (+/-) for setting the working duration.
Important Technical Specifications:
The mixer has a maximum working time of 10 minutes, after which it automatically stops. It is designed to operate within a specific voltage range, which is indicated on the specification label at the bottom of the product host. The product is suitable for AC power supply only.
Usage Features:
- First Use: Before initial use, all parts of the mixer must be thoroughly cleaned. The bottom power cord should be pulled out and connected to an AC power outlet. When the power is switched on, the lamp circle lights up once, then goes off, and the digital display shows "00:00", indicating standby mode. If the speed knob is not at the "0" position, the digital display will flash "00:00", requiring the knob to be turned to "0" before the product can start.
- Speed Settings: The mixer offers 6 speed settings, with "0" for standby, "P" for pulse maximum speed, and "1" through "6" for increasing working speeds. Turning the speed knob starts the machine, illuminates the lamp ring, and initiates the LED timer.
- Accessories: The mixer comes with several accessories:
- Dough Hook: Used for kneading dense foods like dough. Recommended for flour and water ratios of 5:3 for Western-style dough (e.g., cake, pizza), with a minimum of 300g flour and 180g water, and a maximum of 1500g flour and 900ml water. For Chinese dough (e.g., steamed bread, stuffed bun), a 2:1 flour to water ratio is suggested, with a maximum of 1000g flour and a minimum of 500g cream/milk/water or other liquid.
- Speed: 1-3
- Working Time: Speed 1: 30S, Speed 2: 30S, Speed 3: 4min. It is recommended to rest for 15-30 minutes after every 5 minutes of operation.
- Flat Beater: Suitable for mixing medium-density foods such as salad, cream, or butter.
- Speed: 1-5
- Working Time: 3-5min, depending on food type.
- Capacity: Minimum mixing capacity is 500g, maximum is 1500g. Exceeding this may cause overflow. For butter or cream mixture, use speed 1-2 for 1 minute, then speed 3-5 for 4 minutes.
- Whisk: Ideal for light-density foods like fresh milk, eggs, or egg whites.
- Speed: 1-6, P
- Working Time: 3-5min, depending on food type.
- Capacity: 3-10 egg whites. When mixing cream or other easily expandable liquids, the maximum capacity of the bowl is 1.0L. For liquid foods like fresh milk, start with speed 1-3 for 1 minute to prevent spillage, then use speed 6 for 4 minutes.
- Accessory Installation:
- Bowl Cover: Place the machine head horizontally, put the bowl cover upward into the body, and rotate clockwise until it clicks into place.
- Stainless Steel Bowl: Press the "raise" button to lift the machine head. Install the stainless steel bowl and clamp it clockwise.
- Mixing Parts (Dough Hook, Flat Beater, Whisk): Insert the accessory into the clamping slot of the planetary wheel shaft, lift it upward slightly, and rotate counterclockwise to install. The machine cannot be switched on while installing mixing parts.
- Timer Mode: The machine can be set to work for up to 15 minutes. Pressing the +/- key once increases or decreases the time by 15 seconds. Holding the +/- key for 1.5 seconds automatically adjusts the time by 30-second intervals until 15:00 or 00:00 is displayed. During operation, pressing +/- adjusts the remaining time by 15 seconds. The display will countdown after a 2-second pause. The display time can be reset by pressing +/- simultaneously.
- Overheat Protection: The machine has an overheat protection function. Continuous kneading can cause the internal temperature to rise, activating this protection and automatically stopping the machine. The digital LED will flash "HOT" as a warning. It is recommended to allow the machine to cool for 15-30 minutes after each kneading session to prevent food waste.
- Safety Precautions:
- Do not place the device near water or immerse the mainframe in liquids.
