Operating Instructions:
1. knead dough:
1.1 Put the flour and water into the stainless steel bowl, install the bowl cover, stainless
steel bowl and Dough hook on the machine in accordance with the steps of the
accessories installation instructions.
1.2 When making western-style dough, such as cake and pizza, it is suggested that the
ratio of flour and water should be 5:3, with the minimum amount of flour 300 grams
and water 180 grams. Maximum flour 1500 grams, 900 ml water.
1.3 When making Chinese dough, such as steamed bread, steamed stuffed bun, the ratio
of flour to water can be carried out in accordance with 2:1, but the maximum amount
of flour should not exceed 1000 grams, cream/milk/water and other liquid together
should not be less than 500 grams. Reduce the proportion of water at the same time
need to reduce the amount of flour, otherwise the machine load is easy to damage.
2. Mixing
2.1 Put the salad, fruit, milk and other ingredients to be stirred into the stainless steel
bowl, install the bowl cover, stainless steel bowl and Flat beater on the machine in
accordance with the steps of the accessories installation instructions.
Note: The min. mixing capacity is 500 grams, the max. mixing capacity is 1500 grams,
do not exceed the max. mixing capacity, otherwise the food is easy to overflow.
2.2 Depending on the type of food, turn the speed knob to 1-5.
Suggestion: For butter or cream mixture, please use speed 1-2 for 1 minute, then use
speed 3-5 for 4 minutes, too fast speed may cause food spillage or overflow.
