1. How to add new user in device?
Ans:- Menu >> Select Users >> Select Enroll >> Add User ID >> Add User Name >> Ok >> Add
Finger/Password/Card/Face.
2. How to modify existing user?
Ans:- Menu >> Select Users >> Select Modify >> Select Particular user for modify >> Ok >> ESC
>> Ok.
3. How to apply valid date for particular user?
Ans:- Menu >> Select User >> Select Modify >> Select Particular user for modify >> Ok >> Select
Valid date >> Add Start & End Date >> Yes >> ESC >> Ok.
4. How to Download All User?
Ans:- First inserted USB Drive in device then press Menu >> Select User >> Select Download &
Ok.
5. How to Upload All User?
Ans:- First inserted USB Drive in device then press Menu >> Select User >> Select Upload & Ok.
6. How to (Download/Upload) transfer all users from one device to other device?
Ans:- First inserted formatted USB Drive in device then press Menu >> User >> Download user
data and same upload into other device.
7. How to download attendance logs through USB?
Ans:- First inserted USB Drive in device then open menu >> Select Logs >> Ok >> Cancel encrypt
by pressing ESC button then logs will start downloading into USB.
8. How to set Admins limit in device?
Ans:- Menu >> Select Setting >> Select Device >> Select Admins >> Set admins quantity(0-10).
