What to do if the RF Stim Unit indicator flashes red and stimulation feels weak with Bioness Medical Equipment?
    • P
      Philip JohnsonAug 17, 2025
If you experience a beep, a flashing red RF Stim Unit indicator, and flashing stimulation intensity, and suspect compromised electrode contact with your Bioness Medical Equipment, turn off the Control Unit and remove the L300 FS Cuff. Cleanse the skin thoroughly. If using hydrogel electrodes, replace worn ones, pressing firmly to secure them before removing the covers. For cloth electrodes, saturate them with water, blot the snap side, and re-adhere to the electrode bases. Replace hydrogel and cloth electrodes every two weeks.

    • J
      John MilesAug 20, 2025
If one of the component indicators on your Bioness Medical Equipment is flashing yellow, it means the respective component battery charge level is low. You should charge or replace the battery.

What to do if stimulation works in training mode but not gait mode with Bioness NESS L300 Medical Equipment?
    • R
      Rhonda HoltAug 23, 2025
If stimulation works in training mode but not in gait mode on your Bioness Medical Equipment, it's likely that the Intelli-Sense Gait Sensor and RF Stim Unit are not communicating, possibly because the Gait Sensor is asleep. Try applying pressure to the Gait Sensor pressure sensor. If that doesn't work, the battery may be depleted or the Gait Sensor may be faulty. If there are no apparent wire issues, replace the Gait Sensor battery and try again.

Why do the indicators flash red and 'E' appear on my Bioness NESS L300 Medical Equipment Control Unit?
    • W
      willisamyAug 26, 2025
If, when turning on the Control Unit of your Bioness Medical Equipment, it beeps, the indicators flash red alternately, and "E" flashes, it likely means the RF Stim Unit battery is discharged, preventing communication. To resolve this, turn off the Control Unit and fully charge both the Control Unit and RF Stim Unit. Then, disconnect the charger and turn on the Control Unit. The Control Unit On/Off button and the status light on the RF Stim Unit should flash GREEN, restoring communication.

    • M
      mitchelloscarAug 28, 2025
If the Control Unit (or RF Stim Unit) of your Bioness Medical Equipment does not light up when turned on, the battery likely needs to be charged. Charge the battery. If the problem persists, contact your local distributor.

    • T
      Thomas MolinaAug 31, 2025

    • E
      ebonillaSep 3, 2025
If you experience inconsistent stimulation while walking with your Bioness Medical Equipment, and the system isn't showing any errors, stop walking and shift your weight from side to side. If the problem persists, check the pressure sensor placement, reposition it slightly forward in your shoe, or loosen your shoelace if it's tight. Also, inspect the Intelli-Sense Gait Sensor wires for wear or fraying and check the transmitter and pressure sensor for damage.

Why is there a solid red indicator and 'E' on my Bioness NESS L300?
    • M
      mandy02Sep 12, 2025
