Why won't my Bishamon NSA3500N lift?

If your Bishamon Lifting System isn't rising, it might be due to a few reasons. First, check if the power cable is properly connected and intact. If the motor rotates, try replacing the R- and T-phases of the power cable. Also, make sure that the magnet switch thermal relay hasn't been activated; if it has, identify the cause and push the reset button. Another potential issue is a tripped primary-side circuit breaker, which you can reset. Finally, check if the roof sensor has been activated and reset it if necessary. Ensure that you are not trying to lift a vehicle that exceeds the lift's capacity.

If your Bishamon Lifting System is making unusual noises, there could be several reasons. Start by checking the oil level and fill it if necessary. Also, ensure that the sliding surfaces of the post are properly lubricated. Improperly secured piping or covers can also cause noise, so re-secure them properly.

Why is my Bishamon NSA3500N drifting down?
    • D
      Diana FosterSep 2, 2025
If your Bishamon Lifting System is drifting down, first determine the rate. A drift of 1.0 mm/5 min or less is considered normal. If the drift is more significant, check for hydraulic oil leaks. If the leak is from the piping, try retightening it. If the leak is from the cylinder, you may need to replace the cylinder packing.
