If the motor rotates, try replacing the R- and T-phases of the power cable. Another potential issue is a tripped primary-side circuit breaker, which you can reset. Finally, check if the roof sensor has been activated and reset it if necessary. Ensure that you are not trying to lift a vehicle that exceeds the lift's capacity.
