Moldboard reversion
The rear blade is reversible without being removed
from the tractor.
Mechanical adjustment.
1. Remove the pin of the angle and tilt (12) and "R"
insurance (33).
2. Turn the bucket at 180 degrees counterclockwise
(viewed from above) direction.
3. Insert the angle and tilt pin (12), using several
combinations of holes between the bucket and the
holes of the turntable turn angle positions to achieve
up to 45 degrees on either side. Securing bolt and
tilt angle (12) with "R" lock (33).
Angle cylinder Adjustment.
1. Remove the two "R" pins and the two angle
cylinder pins (36) and then remove the cylinder (36).
2. Raise the ground using the tractor hitch box.
3. Turn the moldboard at 180 degrees
counter-clockwise (viewed from above) direction.
4. Replace the angle cylinder (36), the two angle
cylinder pins, and the two "R" locks.
NOTE: The rear blade can be adjusted hydraulically
to any angle from 0° to 45° degrees to the right or
left.
NOTE: Do not use the angle cylinder (36) while the
angle and tilt pin is installed (12), since this may
damage the cylinder (36) and the rear blade.
