CHECK LIST BEFORE DELIVERY

Inspect the equipment thoroughly after assembly.
Make sure it is properly configured prior to delivery to
the customer.
The following checklists are a reminder of the items to
be inspected. Mark each item, finding either
satisfactory or after making a proper fit.
___Check that all safety labels are installed and in
good condition. Replace if damaged.
___Check all bolts to ensure they are properly
tightened.
___Check that all pins and safety pins are properly
installed. Replace if damaged.
___Check and lubricate all lubrication points.

Show the customer how to make adjustments.
___Point safety decals. Explain their meaning and the
need to keep them in place and in good condition.
Emphasizing the increase of security risks when
instructions are not followed.
___Instruct the customer how to lubricate and explain
the importance of lubrication.
___Present operator's manual and request that
customer and all operators read before operating
equipment. Point out the rules of safety manuals,
explain its meaning and emphasize the increase of the
security risks that exist when not follow safety rules.
___Explain to the customers when the equipment is
transported on a road or highway, an emblem (SMV)
should be used to provide a warning suitable operators
of other vehicles.
