  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner has low suction, there are several possible causes: * The Dirt Tank might be full, so you should empty it. * The Dirt Tank might not be installed correctly; make sure it is positioned correctly and snapped firmly into place. * The foot may be loose; ensure it is fully inserted into the body of the unit. * The filters may need cleaning; follow the filter cleaning instructions. * There might be a clog or obstruction in the foot area; detach the foot from the main body and remove any clogs from the brush chamber.

In this case, charge the battery, following the charging instructions. * You might be using the wrong charger. Ensure you are using only the charger supplied with your product; the label on the detachable hand vacuum will list which charger can be used.

  If your Bissell Vacuum Cleaner won’t turn on and the LED light is solid RED, the Brush Roll might be stalled by debris. Clear the Brush Roll and Brush Roll End Cap area.

In this case, empty the Dirt Tank. * The Filter Assembly is missing or installed incorrectly. Check the Filter for correct installation. * The Dirt Tank is installed incorrectly. Position the Dirt Tank correctly and snap it firmly into place.
